it's even easier to go with anger. That's been my solution lately...:-P

I don't even pay attention to most news story like that anymore, because it's complete bullshit. They just want us to be afraid because it gets them more viewers.

P.S. I'm a new reader to your blog, and I just realized you're the author of Bar Flower. o.o I just bought that book like two weeks ago! Weird. XD I can't wait for it to arrive so I can read it. ^^

We were in Japan for three weeks from March 1 to 20 (for work). After the earthquake, from left and right people were telling us to leave as soon as we could; drop everything and go! When asked what was their source of information regarding the latest on-coming disaster (magnitude 7 earthquake in Tokyo, radioactive rain, mass starvation, ...), they would go silent, or say they just heard.

After a while we just got fed up and went about trying to enjoy our time in Tokyo as much as possible. Each time we would go out, it seemed that things were "normal", in a new way.

In the end, I am glad we stayed the last week. We learned a lot about Japan during that time.
